Customer Engagement License/Environment

Over the years we've noticed Customer Engagement is no longer available as an environment (for support requests) or one of the available apps.  Microsoft has not been able to answer which app our current environment falls under.  This also poses a concern during Release Waves - are we Customer Service, Customer Insight, or Customer Journey?  Field Service? 
Is there anyone who can answer this question or provide any guidance?
