How to remove voided bank transaction in GP 2010

I have voided a bank transaction but it is giving effect in one account (i.e. bank account) but not giving full effect in 2nd account (i.e. markup account). In markup account showing only credit side, I think it happened due to power fluctuation while voiding. How to resolve this issue or how to remove this voided bank transaction?

So is the checkbook register fine? Is all you are left with is a one-sided GL transaction? My compatriots might burn me at the stake, but I would use SQL to delete the odd side and just enter the complete journal entry to match. Most likely I would get a little fancier and use SQL to add the missing leg and copy all of the extra information (master id, etc) from the one leg that posted to the other leg.

Yes journal entry to the gl is out or balance. While voiding a specific bank transaction it happened. This bank transaction was supposed to hit 2 accounts, i.e. bank account and markup account (both are financial accounts), impact on bank account is ok but on other markup account is not completely being done. voided on the checkbook register.

So are you saying the journal entry to the gl was out of balance? Where did the transaction fail? was it in fact voided on the checkbook register?
