Delivery Address on requisition

What address is retrieved in Purchase requisition delivery address when it is created? I believe it is from the requester if there is one.

If so, how do I change it to always be the Entity NOT from requestor?

    If you do not configure the purchase requisition control rule, then the default parameters for processing purchase requisitions applies. No fields on the purchase requisition will require a value before the purchase requisition can be submitted for workflow, no order quantity restrictions will be enforced, the requested date and the accounting date can differ, and a preparer will be permitted to change the delivery address on a purchase requisition.

    On the Address FastTab, you can select the 'Allow new delivery address' check box to allow a preparer to enter a new delivery address for a line item on a purchase requisition.

    Hi Kate,

    Assuming you are working with PRs of Consumption purpose. If your PR line includes an item, tracking policy (Storage Dimension Group on item) will force requester to select site and warehouse and therefore the site or warehouse address will be the delivery address. If no address are identified, the system will cascade up from warehouse to site to legal entity until it finds an primary or delivery address. As Magic indicates, Policy Rule can allow user to change that address.

    If you PR line is for non-catalog item or service (ie a Procurement Category), the address will come from the Requester's worker profile. The address used will be the Office Address identified in the Profile FastTab; if no address is selected, the system will use the Requester's primary address from the Addresses listed in the Address FastTab.

    To add an Office address to the worker, on the worker profile:

    1) on the Adresses FastTab, add the office address (your legal entity address);

    2) Select that address, click More Options button and select the Assigne to Office location option; This will change the Office address in the Profile fast tab and will be the default address used on non-catalogued PR lines.
