Hope all are doing great. I would like to get experts advice on my below issues with Microsoft Dynamics GP Smartlist.
1) We have started using GP workflows by understanding that there are few more fields added to SOP_Header_WORK/HIST tables to track the workflow status and priorities. But unfortunately those fields are not added to default GP smartlists for example: Sales Transactions.
2) As a workaround to the above issue, I have created a new smartlist using Smartlist Builder. But there is limitation that I cannot able to provide default GO TO as same as GP standard one. That is if user clicks OPEN it should open SOP_Entry and if it is HIST it should open in SOP_Inquiry.
3) The final issue is: I have experimented by having multiple GO TO options. When I want to delete them the unwanted GO TO from the GO-TO button in smartlist, it is not refreshed and removed though I deleted in smartlist builder GO TO. See below image:
It would be appreciable if could give me the solution at the earliest.
