Can MS partner give access to a prospect to Business Central 30-day trial (from partner or admin center). Customer don't want to contact their IT-provider with this matter and when they tried to access they got an email saying they need to contact their IT-provider.
Yes, it is possible. The client/prospect would need to give Delegated Admin Privileges (DAP) to the partner for their tenant. Once this is established the partner can add the BC Trial license to the client's tenant and spin up the BC Environment. If your prospect does not have Global Admin rights to their own M365 tenant, it is not possible without contacting the IT company (who likely controls the Global Admin access).
Yes, if the customer is unable to create their own trail environment their partner can assist them in that process. But if the customer wants to run it in their own AzureAD they need access to that AD in order to be enabled to license the users. If the customer is depending on an IT provider to admin their Azure AD and they don't want to involve them, then it is possible to setup a Business Central trail in a trail Azure AD.
Hi,
Microsoft provide 30 days trail version, so you go to the BC D365 site and register for 30 days trail .
