How to limit attachment file size in Dynamics 365 Business Central saas?
An attachment stored in a blob filed in the Business Central database are limited to 2GB. You can not change that limitation in any setup.

As Mr. Inge M. Burvik mentioned it is no out of the box option exist. You can check with your partner to see if they can do it through development or submit it as an idea here
