High spam score with emails designed out-with Dynamics

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered high spam scores with emails designed outside Dynamics and how you have resolved them?

I can test send the emails but the red warning sign is on display when I do.

I sent the emails from Dynamics to a spam-rating website and received a score of 8.5/10 plus a quote, "Good stuff. Your email is almost perfect."

All links, images and necessary info place.

Any comments on the subject would be appreciated.

Thank you,

    Hi Graham,

Could you share your Dynamics spam score detai(and your external template preview if possible)?

You could try reduce factors from auto-generated issues to test again.

As doc said, it's a preview feature and isn't meant for production use currently.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hello Clofly,

I am unable to unlock the spam score function in Dynamics at this moment in time.

I sent an email designed in Dynamics to the spam-rating website and it scored lower than the email designed outside Dynamics. This highlights that the delivery of campaigns should be fine.

After I unlock the spam score function I will achieve a clearer picture. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Regards,

    Graham

    Hi Graham,

-> Is D365 marketing AI spam score function not available in your environment?

-> In D365, lower is better for total score, while was it opposite in spam-rating website?

I am a bit confused about spam-rating website score criteria,

    because from your description, I could infer that email designed in Dynamics is better than emails designed outside Dynamics in non-spam;

however, you said that email designed in Dynamics received a score of 8.5/10 plus .. almost perfect, which implied that higher score would be better in spam-rating website,

while you also mentioned that email designed in Dynamics got lower score than email designed outside Dynamics, which could be thought that email designed outside Dynamics may had score of 9.0/10,

so it would be not compatible for final conclusion,

and "I can test send the emails but the red warning sign is on display when I do. "  â†’ What the red warning sign means, is it in spam-rating website? and the test email was email designed outside Dynamics?

-> I'll wait for your feedback once you unlock the function.

    Regards,

    Clofly
