Sending email with option to select/send from multiple e-mail

Hello,

There are users in the CRM organization that works for multiple affiliated companies, and each company they have their own e-mail address. But in CRM they only in one organization.

In CRM they need a way to store more than one e-mail address for a user and when sending E-mail within CRM using the Email form, they need a way to select multiple e-mail address in the From field.

Is this possible?

Hello.

eMail Adddress 1 is the primary eMail address for your contacts, leads and accounts. The system sends emails only to this primary eMail address. But as contact information you can add eMail-Address 2 and eMail-Address 3 (Out of the box)...

Hi,

that's not possible, but you might try using queues instead (maybe create a queue for each of those additional addresses). Have a look at this thread for more details:
