Would be great to hear of any franchise businesses who are using this and how. I've used Microsoft Dynamics in the past and I think it is the best CRM out there but I really want to know if anyone is using it within a franchise network.

What line of business are you in? What goods and services does your franchisor provide to you in return of a fee?
Generally speaking, franchisors often provide IT systems to support their franchisees. In that way economies of scale can be realized that the individual franchisees cannot do by themselves.
