Signature capture issue with magtek ipad(sc) pinpads

we switched from ingenico pin pad to these and are using paypros as our processor. The signature is captured at the pinpad but isn't written to the database or receipt. is it because of the tokenization that place when the transaction is processed? we need a way to show signature when transactions are disputed. any ideas?

    Hi Jack,

    The signature should be written to the receipt so long as you have the correct receipt template configured. And the sigs, unfortunately, are not stored in the db but a temp file rather. Fell free to give me a call if you have questionAdam

    tried a different receipt and it seems to show all the information we were looking for. now just need modify it to make it easy to read now, prints all garbled up atm. thank you very much Adam.

    No problem. You should have received a receipt template at the time of installation that works. Let me know if you don't have this and I can send it to you.

    it did come with one but it prints all out of alignment and bold faced etc. could you please send me one?
