Hello everyone,

As shown in the screenshot I've attached below for a role, why is the user being prompted for an Operations Activity license when almost all SKUs are complete (e.g., Team Members)? Yes, they previously needed this license, but we adjusted their roles and made them Team Members.

We are experiencing this issue with some other users as well, for whom we have fixed it.

Hello metehandanyal,

Based on your screenshot, everything does appear to be covered by the Team Members license. I believe that the upcoming updates should refresh your data correctly, as this behavior may be related to your current environment version.

Hi metehandanyal,

The details on the tab pages User licenses and User Role Licenses are not updated directly. The licensing calculation is a microservice outside of F&O. With a time between 2 and 8 hours, the details are refreshed. Please check again after about 8 hours.

Hi,

there could be issues from Microsoft end, in terms of report not getting updated.

You can open a support call with Microsoft.

Another company had the same issue and I tried to reproduce it. This is a bug from Microsoft that will be fixed soon. I have a new version active for my playground which I'm testing out to provide feedback. This type of issue is not appearing anymore with the new changes. It should be available soon.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we have this problem still. When will they publish new versiıon ? I dont understand why, This role need SCM License in PPAC and Summary Report.

If you still have this issue, I suggest to create a ticket for Microsoft Support. I'm aware of one other similar issue that is reported to Microsoft.
