I'm unable to recall order in offline mode in d365.
It says operation not supported in offline mode.

Hi,
Recall order is real-time operation, that requires connection to HQ (back office).
When POS is offline, it means it does not have working network connections - and it works 'completely isolated' => Recall order does not make sense in such scenario.
