How about the RMS partner that sold you the software?
If they skipped town (or there is no RMS partner that sold you the software) and you're on your own, there's some reading you need to do.
Go into Store operations Administrator - Help - Contents - click the INDEX tab and go to the section regarding CONFIGURATION.
But you really ought to request help from a certified RMS partner that will set up your system correctly, ensure the peripherals are set up correctly, and if possible, give you some basic training to get you started in the right direction. Your posting is just too broad to cover thru a Newsgroup posting.
