Actually, after opening the "Store Operations POS" I press F2 for item look up code and select the item type voucher. then a box appears that's require Gift Card number, I press the lookup button that exist on the box, the serial numbers, that I have entered during the voucher preparation in the serial tab, appears and I select one of them. And then Press ok. (the system may ask to enter the price of gift card upon the setting that we have made during the voucher preparation)
After this I press F12 / click on the tender button, and enter the amount in the front of gift card, suddenly a box appears named " Voucher varification" . it require the voucher number, when I enter the voucher number, it gives the message "Voucher number was not found in the database,please entered the valid voucher number"

You can do it automatically under the Serial tab in Manager when you create the voucher, you can do it on the fly at POS, or a combination of the two. Whichever you prefer.
