Using Set Recurrence for phone calls

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to use set recurrence for phone calls activities. I need the ability to create future phone call activities based on Set Recurrence configuration.  Any help is well appreciated

    Hi,

    Recurrence for phone call activities is not available out of the box.

    But, you can

    First approach

    Second approach - if you want to achieve exactly the same in Task.

    1. Create a html page

    2. Create a custom entity.

    3. Create a button in Phone Call , open the html page that show the related field you created in custom entity.

    4. Create a console application that run everyday to help you create the phone call record based on the criteria you set in custom entity

    But it required a lots of efforts.
