I have GP2015 RTM and I have to upgrade it into GP2016R2 can anyone tell me the procedure plz.

You will find the upgrade guide in your GP2016R2 installation media. If you have never done an upgrade before it would be best to enlist the help of your reseller. Otherwise, it is smooth procedure however if something does go wrong your reseller should know how to complete the upgrade.

Actually, according to this below link, we can only upgrade GP2016 if we have a specific version from this which is mentioned in this link but I have GP2015 14.00.0524 (RTM) so what should I do ?

You apply the service pack 14.00.0725 and upgrade to GP 2016 from there. Why stop at 2016? Why not go all the way to GP 2018 R2? Make sure you have backups.
