CRM 2013 Error with Google Chrome

Hi all,

I'm having issues with Google Chrome and CRM 2013.
Each time I click on a lookup field I get an error.
This issue appeared before and I was able to resolve it by disabling the #enable-array-prototype-values flag in Chrome.

Now with a Chrome update the issue has returned but the #enable-array-prototype-values flag is not available in settings anymore, so disabling is not possible.
I've seen this issue is common but most solutions are from 2014 and with CRM 2011 version. Has anyone a similar experience recently and if so what was your solution?

Side note: This doesn't occur in FireFox or IE so they are last options if nothing else.

Hi ConorPlusG,

This issue with Google Chrome in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is very common due to the deprecation of the showModalDialog() JavaScript method from Google Chrome version 35 onwards. This blog post explains how to resolve this problem.

Hello,

What is the CRM build number? Have you tried installing the latest Update Rollup available and see if this solves the issue?
