Hello everybody,
I am facing a problem with the Customer open transactions report. I want to create the report including two customers which i am 100% sure got some open transactions. I am able to find the open transactions through the customer and they are also displayed on the Balance list, but when I am trying to create the open transactions report the report says "There is no data available".
How could I solve this problem. This happens only with those two particular customers. When I chose other customers it works perfectly fine, so the error does not come from the report or the "Select".

Hi Mario,
Please check the data source first. If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.
Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).

The problem was solved by itself, today the data displayed in the Open transaction list without changing anything.
