Why can I see predictive lead scores but not configure them in Dynamics 365?

Context:
I’m implementing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with a license redeemed through Cloud Services Benefits. I can see the predictive lead scores, but I can’t configure them.

    To configure predictive scoring, you need:
    • Sales Insights license (full)
    OR
    • Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with Sales Insights add-on
