Warehouse Management Shared Device Login Issues

In our environment we have Android devices that are set as Microsoft shared devices that utilize Microsoft Authenticator to sign in individual people. In this case, it logs them into the shared device fine, but once we try to open the Warehouse Management app, we are getting one of the 2 following behaviors.

1. After clicking the Warehouse Management app, it shows the connection and allows us to hit connect. However, after hitting connect it gives a “The authentication failed” error. Hitting “Reconnect” then works and logs the user in as intended.

2. After clicking the Warehouse Management app, it shows the connection and allows us to hit connect, However, after hitting connect it pops up the Microsoft SSO login screen asking them to log in again, even though they have already logged in with Microsoft Authenticator through shared device mode. Hitting the back arrow instead of logging in also just logs them in at this point as well.
