How to manage for B TO C our channel distribution

Hello everybody,

We would like to setup in customer card distribution channel. 

Just to do some extraction. 

Only for B to C customer.

We want to enter if this customer is managed in retail, e commerce, etc..

Which field we can use in customer ? 

Customer Group?

    There are multiple ways to control or group customers, depending on what the outcome shall be.

    Simply take a look at all the "group" fields that do exist:

    e.g. on the customer data itself by belonging to a group or segement:

    Or you can use the pricing setup, e.g. the price or discount group:

    In case you want to even control which customer is present in a store, you would use the "Address book"-setup:

    I'd recommend you to use the address book, as you can then easily filter on that attribute in your "Global address book":
