RSO Experiences

Hello,

We are just launching RSO and I was interested in other Peoples experiences.

I am in Australia.

So far we have 1 Territory in each of Brisbane (28 Resources), Canberra (6 Resources), Adelaide (14 Resources) & Perth (20 Resources).  2 Territories in Melbourne (56 Resources) & Sydney (65 Resources).

What kind of experiences have people had in the initial phases of RSO?  How long did it take to tune an RSO run?  Did people use the Schedule Assistant before moving to RSO (unfortunately Schedule Assistant is not working for us and sitting with our Developer to work with Microsoft).

We are a short SLA business.  Anywhere from 1-4 hours for response from time of the work order being logged to getting a resource on site.  Is anyone running a similar type of SLA business?

Appreciate any insights.
