Integration manager does import ship to address into sales transaction

I’m running GP 2010 and Integration manager version 11.00.2055.  I’m attempting to import ship to addresses into sales transactions.  (I don’t need to retain the ship to address in the customer maintenance record, I just want it on the SOP transaction).  The destination is Sales Transactions.  In the customer details I have chosen use constant and named an address ID for the Ship to Address.  In Ship To Address I have selected all the address fields from my source file.  In Item Detail have chosen the same use constant address id for the ship to address.

But the ship to address does not import.  I do not receive any errors, but my transaction continues to use the address that is on the customer maintenance record.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Under Items->Item Detail check the same setting. It is Use Field Rules? We need to stop it from using the default address information form the item card.

Thank you for the suggestion.  However I have already verified that.  I have it set to Use Field Rules, not default.

Any other ideas of things to check?

Click on Customer Details -> Ship To Address and then click on Rule and change Record Source to Use Field Rules not Default.
