"Rounding" amount on old date prevents posting sales order - "it is only possible to post today"

Hi,

Some sales orders can not be posted by users that can only post on today's date.

We believe the issue comes from the selected "rounding" transaction below (sorry for the Swedish language...). It is a very small amount that comes from a purchase.

Why does this transaction show up when posting the sales order and how can we solve the date issue (without allowing the users to post on other dates than today)?

I assume You have in Inventory Setup the Automatic Cost posting = true.

If this is disabled, they should be able to post, but the cost posting has to be done seperately - either manually or via scheduled Job Queue, that runs each X minutes (or once a day).
