Save Button (Bottom Right Corner) Disappears on Project

Hello,

Today's Dynamics 365 Online randomness involves the save button in the bottom right corner for ONE, just one, user in Project Service.  He opened a project he previously created, made some edits, and started to click save -- no button.  This happened on previously created projects as well as on a project created from scratch.  When the new project was created he was able to save but when it was reopened the save button was gone.

His security role matches the other project managers we have.  No one else is (currently) experiencing this. 

Any ideas what else should be checked?

    Please try clearing the cache, this has not been seen regularly.

    In case it occurs regularly, please open an SR.

    Thanks for the response, Kuldeep.

    He cleared his cache and tried another browser.  The save button did not come back with either.  He has been able to use CTRL+S as a workaround.

    We opened a ticket and support did something within his account and the save button is back.
