How to solve The given key was not present in _attributeProvidersById dictionary when publishing

I am dealing with this issue over a week and can't see the end... every time I try to do something in my 365 version on-premise, I get The given key was not present, after investigation I found that I have problem with publishing and I get this :

Message: The given key [dafad65c-ada4-4888-b507-74e8f035b2c1] was not present in _attributeProvidersById dictionary. Total number of keys in the dictionary: [27568]. Please check database to investigate this. It can be due an orphaned reference. MetadataCache load would fail if DB is not consistent.Detail:

What to do with this Error? where to look in DB ? when I tried tם publish after changing a field name I got that error too so I don't see a connection to plugin or workflow...
