Morning Colleagues and Expert,

could you please suggest:

GRNI from this PO was CHF 4,797.50 but automatic reversal of GRNI was CHF 5,050.00. Would you see a reason for this? How come the amount reversed is higher?

    Hi,

Cancelling the PO receipt creates an issue transaction and the price/value of issue transaction is determined by your inventory value model (FIFO, LIFO, etc.)

Unless you mark the receipt and issue transactions against each other price differences might occur.

Have you tried running an inventory recalculation and double checked the transactions and the adjustments that were created?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    thanks for the suggestion.

However The PO is for CHF 4,305.55, so the PO receipt should be for CHF 4,305.55.

But the actual receipt is for CHF 4,797.50.

And the reversal of the PO receipt when invoiced is for even more CHF 5,050.00

I think somebody has done something wrong here to be honest but, I can't for sure or what.

    Hi,

Your line no. 3 in the excel document says "CAPEXKor..."

Can this transaction be caused by a correction that has been posted?

Meaning that Kor... standard for correction?

Can you identify who posted the packing slip and corrected if by opening the voucher and having a look at the audit trial?

The item that has been posted, is that a standard cost item or one that uses the moving average valuation method?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
