Hi All,
We just started using PSA. When our team members are trying to book their hours with time entry the error ribbon says - "you don't have a resource record associated. Please contact the administrator to create a resource record."
We have followed all of the steps and not sure on what scenario this error pops up ?
1. Created a project.
2. Assigned team member.
3. Used work down break structure to include a task and associate the above team member with certain hours.
SO not sure what exactly are we missing here

Based on the info you gave we now notice that both of the users belong to different BU's but have same security role. So when the project is created is this created at one particular BU level which will not be accessed in the other ?

Thanks for answering. Both of the user have same security roles as mentioned above.
We tried giving system admin to the issue user and the error disappeared, but the user is not getting the associated project listed in the dropdown to do time entry. He need to click on show all projects and pick it up.
So there is something wrong which we are unable to figure it out.
Any suggestions on this ? We have 2 users. Both of them with same security roles - Project Resource & Sales Person, Both of them are active bookable resource included to the same project with task\time allocated.
But only one can enter the hours other one gets this error ?
