Share Instant Flow to a Security Role or Team

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello everyone,

I created a flow from powerapps which is not Automated. Users have to click this button to run Flow.

This is working for the admin user. But none of the non-admin users can not see the Flow "Abrechnungen Erstellen".

I have a test user which is not an admin. I can share the flow with that user. Then Test user can see.

I gave "Run Flows" privilege to all Dynamics users.

But how can I share the flow with a Dynamics 365 Security Role or Team?

Flow says I can share with "user groups" but I think it means Microsoft accounts user groups. Not Dynamics 365 groups or teams.

We should share it with Dynamics Teams but I could not find how.

If it is possible, can anyone tell me how to do it?

Thank you.

Ok I found a tricky solution.

I added new column for this entity. Just a boolean dropdown.

I changed the flow from instant to automated flow and changed trigger condition to updating new column.

I created a new on-demand workflow and added a step that changes the dropdown value.

Now everyone can see workflow button in Flow button in Ribbon.

    Hello Mehdi,

As you can read from my message, I already gave it to users.

    Thank you

    Hello Arif,

You need to give "Run Flow" privilege to your users.
