WMS label printing

Dear friends,

I am configuring the system to perform the printing to my virtual label printer from my WMS module.
I download the latest Virtual ZPL printer and follow the step-by-step installation guide from Youtube and Start the printer, in Listening status.
I installed the Document Routing Agent, and login successfully.
I configure the Document routing layout and Document routing.
I configured the mobile device menu item with the /Print label/ ticked and Work template with /Print/ Work type in a Work order type Purchase order, item received but no result from Virtual ZPL printer.
I also tried reprint label also no print result in Virtual ZPL printer. Maybe I miss out one or two important steps?
Can anyone enlighten me, thank you so much!.

B. Regards,
Danny

    Hi Danny,

Do you see the print order in the "Document routing status" form?

    Best regards,

Let's start by making sure your emulator is configured properly.  Can you put the ZPL below in notepad on your local machine, and send that to the emulator?

    ^XA
    ^FO100, 200
    ^AD,50,25
    ^FH_^FD Hello world ^FS
    ^XZ

If the Hello World label prints, and you're seeing the print job in the DRA on your location machine, then your format of the label is overrunning the label size somewhere most likely.  Confirm you have the correct DPI (203 vs. 300) settings on the printer and assumed in your design.

    Hi Danny,

Please check the DRA set up below. Try using the below checkbox enabled only.
