no test confirmation mail received on success of Server Side Sync

Hi,

I am successfully configured SSS, for a mailbox. after doing "Test & Mailbox", received below messages in Alert Section, mentioning its succeeded...

"The email configuration test for your mailbox ABCD was completed successfully for incoming email."

"The email configuration test for your mailbox ABCD was completed successfully for outgoing email."

We do can check this by going Activities --> Email -->All Emails. But no Test Mail (System) and a test mail sent by me is not showing there. 

Please help me on this. This is blocking us...

    Hi Krishna,

    In the mail box, there is a option called test & Enable mailbox. Check you have received the test mail

    IF you receive test mail and it is not working other record, check for those record has valid email address.

    Thank you Kumar, for the prompt response. I havent received the TEST CONFIRMATION mail. To confirm the same, I changed it to Email Router. In the event viewer, a warning logged against this as "The recipients for the e-mail message with subject "Test Mail" in mailbox <mailboxname>@example.com did not match any known records". Please help me on this...

    Hi Akthar, I changed that first of all... and "Test Access" given both incoming and outgoing as successful.

    Nothing to be modified in the Profile parts, as no issue is observed there... :)

    Sure... But I found the same for CRM 2011 instance in a MS KB (- support.microsoft.com/.../921193). But I am not sure how to approach on this... :(
