How to call SAP Jump UI from CRM

I want to call SAP Jump UI from CRM, On button click pop up window will load. When I will select any UI it will call SAP Jump UI.

How can I achieve that? Do I need any tools to call SAP Jump UI? I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) lokal
