dear all
when cancelling the case, the form that pops up allows the user to make the case status either cancelled, merged...etc. it is a fixed list of options.
but this is not enough in my case, i need the user to be able to enter his own description of the cancellation , for example, he needs to write :
out of stock.
or
missing information
or
missing supporting documents..
.
.
.
etc...
these reasons are not fixed, and my user wants to add his own briefing of the cancellation.
any idea how to do this?
