Hi all,
Payroll build check File report is showing only one description as "salary" for all different paycodes whereas it should print individual description as per pay code. Please assist me to fix this report and also I cannot modfiy this report as it's using only one filed "string 132" for all the record with temporary table.

Thanks Leslie, I printed the unmodified report only and ofcourse I cannot modify it because it has temporary table and the whole record is printing in only one field which is string 132, I build from build check screen and it's building properly and generating the report immediately with pay codes salary, housing & transpoftation with the paycdoes 01, 02 & 03 and in place of description it's printing only "Paroll" for all the three paycodes and we are not using any third party integration. The report is picking paytype instead of pay code description. Kindly reply.

I tried printing the report with multiple pay codes in a check run and the pay code description printed as expected. If you print an unmodified report does the description print? Check to make sure different pay codes have in fact been selected during transaction entry and let us know if it is still acting up.
Do you have any integrating third party applications?
