Hi,

I have created a new Business Document - vendor Payment Advice and now want to be able to email this out to all vendors. Can someone advise the best way of doing this?

I have looked at Electronic Reporting Destination, but my manager wants to use system email templates.

Can someone give me some more advise on this subject.

I would suggest Power Automate or similar.

You can export Payment Advice to Sharepoint, then using Power Automate, send e-mail with all data in e-mail body.

You can as well send out emails using email template.
