I have a question regarding posting customer invoices and payments. Can we record customer payments for invoices that were posted through the sales journal in Business Central?

Hi, In theory, it is possible, because these pages are the same table.
Sales Journals
General Journals
Cash Receipt Journals
But I personally don’t recommend it. First of all, the fields on the page are different. If you want to use it, you may also need to show or hide the fields on the page.
In addition, the Source Code after posting is different.
