Some Users Unable to See data

Hi Team,

I have a Field called "Account Role"(MultiSelect Option Set Filed) on Account Entity. Data Coming from Another System and Mapping into this Account Role Filed Through Plugin.

But Some Users able to See data and Other Users Not able to see data on that Field. The User who is not able to see the data, If they added Manually Data Into that Filed they can able to see.

Some Users able to see Data But in Audi History There is no data. Could you please help me to fix the issue?

    You can check the column security is enabled for the “Account Role” field or not, please see the below screen clip.

    If column security is enabled then you need to add those users (who unable to see data) into the field security profile through customization.

    If auditing is enabled for “Account Role”, column security also enabled for that field, and if the user is not present in the field security profile, then the user won't able to see the audit history of that field, as shown below
