Need to integrate Knowledge articles in health bot

We have a sample Health Bot in which we need to integrate Couple of Knowledge articles which we have created in Manually. 

Do you have Predefined Knowledge articles so that we can deploy into our solution?

How can make these Articles public?

Please post any reference docs or any suggestions here.
