Automatically test , enable and approve mailboxes

Is there any way to automatically test&enable and approve mailboxes using Power automate or other tools when new users are added to the environment?

    Follow the steps if you like to do it by Power Automate: 
    1) First flow :
    • Run on user  record creation ,
    • collect the mailbox and check if email address is approved or not
    • Run the child flow by passing mailbox id.
    2) Second flow as child flow :
    take the input for mailbox and update the mailbox as 
     
     
    Make sure your connection user must be authorize to approve the mailbox.

    Hello and thank you. 
    However in both the links and in the suggested Power Automate setup in this thread, it's suggested to set the field Email Address O365 Admin Approval Status to Yes. I have done tried this several times now and it does not want to update the field for me. I'm running the flow as a serviceuser, and if I click on Approve inside Dynamics 365, I'm able to Approve the mailbox signed in with the same user. Any suggestions?
