Ebanking error message 24006

I am getting error message 24006.  Some ebanking vendors are not set up correctly.  Check SL event log or Audit report and correct problem before continuing.  Anyone know what this means? and how to fix?

    You may want to check with Sandler Kahne software's support, since they developed the eBanking extension that you're probably using with SL - SKSOFT.com.
