Can anyone guide me if we can customize microsoft forms pro ... like i want to add images and signature in forms pro.. can we do that?
Where would you like to add the images in your Forms Pro form?You can add the image for each question or each section. But you cannot just add an image only. The best thing you can do would be adding a question with an empty question text with an image. But again, that will show an empty textbox underneath the image which might puzzle the survey respondents.

I can see that forms pro survey question entity is customizable, but i want to add signature to it so that my customer can sign it too, if they want
Even though you may be able to customise the forms pro survey question entity, the Forms Pro engine will not be able to render the additional fields that you add. There are a couple of User Voice opened to having this signature functionality in MS Forms. You can go and vote for it.
