Customer not found - Social panel of phonecall

Hi all.
I'm facing this problem below.
The "to" field of phonecall entity is null after had been created from campaign, and the social panel of campaingn form is showing "Customer not found"

    Hi Henrique,

    I just tried this in my Dynamics 365 environment online and it worked correctly so not sure if it an issue with your environment. This looks like an outgoing phone call, did you create in the social pane or as a planning activity from the phone call form?  It required you to enter a "Call with" correct?  You filled this in and it still comes back with the customer not found?

    I tried both ways and it is working successfully but again, I am using Dynamics 365 online.
