We have been using CRM for invoicing and BC for financials for several months now and one of the processes we use for receivables (namely check receivables) is Deposits. However due to a delay in timing between sending invoices from CRM and posting in BC, we have many unapplied payments in our customer ledger. We do also sometimes process credit card payments on account before the invoice is posted also. Once a month I try to clean them up but it is quite time consuming. Is there a faster way to apply these payments to the correct invoices, other than to open the payment, apply to document, and post application? I have a few hundred to go through each month, and the time adds up to say the least. Thank you in advance!
