I don't see new link to environment while Dual write setup though I am using the Admin account that deployed the machine.
Please help.
Hi, You will see those dataverse environments where signed-in user in D365F&O has Environment admin role in dataverse. Also ensure that dataverse environments are in same tenant.

How can I check who has an environment admin role in the Dataverse? If I will know who has access to it, I will get myself added through it.

You can find it from Power Platform Admin Center, select Environment-->Settings-->All security role and check System Admin role if not environment Admin.
