Unable to update the existing SOP Header record (Stored Procedure= taSopHdrRecalc)

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to sync an Quote to order in GP. I'm getting below error.

Sql procedure error codes returned: Error Number = 1751 Stored Procedure= taSopHdrRecalc Error Description = Tax Schedule does not exist Node Identifier Parameters: taSopHdrRecalc SOPNUMBE = C0108179 SOPTYPE = 2 Related Error Code Parameters for Node : taSopHdrRecalc TAXSCHID = MI:RESALE Error Number = 2218 Stored Procedure= taSopHdrIvcInsert Error Description = Unable to update the existing SOP Header record Node Identifier Parameters: taSopHdrIvcInsert SOPNUMBE = C0108179 SOPTYPE = 2 2 CSORDER C0108179 MI:RESALE 

That Tax Scheduled id exits in GP.then why do we get that errors ?.I tried to see the Stored Procedure (taSopHdrRecalc )in DB.but it will not allow me.I don't know how to resolve the issue .can u any one suggest me on this .

    Is your tax schedule ID called MI:RESALE?

    S Mariano.It is Tax Scheduled ID .

    Did you get this resolved?  I am having the same problem but it isn't happening to all orders. If you got this resolved could you please share how you did it?

    Hi kevinP,

    Actually the cause of this error is ,that Tax Scheduled ID is not exist in GP.Previously it exists in GP. Don't know ,somebody has deleted it.i created it in GP. Please check once if it is exist or not ?.
