Hi everybody,

I am having an issue working with Reports within CRM 2013 On Premise, only a part of the user can visualize Reports without problems, so the other ones have this problem, when displays the report, the pameters area are disabled and there are not information available, when I check the Event Viewer I can see this error:

It is happening only with some users but with others is working fine.

Do you have an idea about how to solve this issue?

Hi Alberto, do the other users have different security roles to the users that can access the report?
