Released product V2 - Excel add-in not working

I am using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and I would like to open the data entity "Released product V2" in excel.
When I open it from F&O's released product screen (using the "Open in excel" function), or directly in a new excel using Excel Add-in, there is no data after refreshing.

I'm sure I have data in this data entity but I don't understand why I can't find them in excel

Have you ever had this problem ?

Please check if there are any filters applied in Excel Add in.

Can you share some screenshot of filters in Excel?

There is possibility that someone has updated the document template in your system, I would suggest to check in lower environment, if it is override, please restore it to original (please be careful as it will override all modified document) or take standard template from standard environment and upload.

This may resolve your issue.

I don't see any filters in the Excel file (see screenshots)
I will look at the template documents, thanks for the information

I have several D365 F&O environments
- on my production environment I have the problem
- on my test environment, everything is OK

There is no specific document template for this entity

I think I have a problem with the data entity Released product V2
When I try to export this data entity with BYOD, I also get an error

Is it possible to "repair" a data entity ?

Please try to refresh entities and run again.

If that not work, I would suggest asking your development team to take a look.

Hello,

In my experience, no data on an excel add-in after refresh is usually permissions-related. Access in the UI does not automatically equal access to the data entity and in several cases we've had to add a specific privilege that grants access to the data entity to get it to work.

Is this happening with multiple users, with and without the system administrator role? How many products do you have in your environment?

I am a system administrator and this does not work for me.

U have about 60 000 products

I'll try to refresh entity and see if that changes anything
