Cash book balances showing nil.

I am helping someone,she was was doing a final reconcile,then there was a power cut,now the cashbook balances are nil.Please assist.they had not taken back up before they did it.

RE: Cash book balances showing nil.

Try to run check links (MS Dynamics GP-->Maintenance-->Check Links) for financial series.

Note: Before running the check links make sure you have a latest backup for company database.
