Error Messages: Opportunity Saved Successfully. No access.

Good Day, 

One of our admin has added an opportunity. When she applies Save or Save / Close she receives and error message saying the Opportunity has been saved successfully but she is not authorized to see it. As system admin I have access to view/see all but I cannot find it either.  Please advise.

    Hi M.E.O.,

    Did you add any filter on your view?  If so, clear it and then try to search it again:

    Remove all filter and then apply:

    Try to find record from advanced find.

    You can also select All opportunities view and then search your record
