Finding candidates qualified in using Dynamics GP

I apologize if this is not the right forum for my question. It is only out for frustration with trying to find someone highly proficient in GP that I come here seeking help. Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can look to find suitable job candidates with proficiency in Dynamics GP? It is unbelievably difficult to find candidates that use GP which leads me to believe that it is not all that popular of a software package.

Perhaps we're just looking in the wrong place which is why I am seeking some guidance. I'm not interested in consultants but actual candidates seeking employment with our company.

Sam, I would try Robert Half & Accountemps. I know there are a lot of companies in the DC area using GP. I've done a few implementations up there. Send me an email at fhamelly@ibisinc.com and I'll give you a contact name with a GP partner up there who might be able to help you also.

I'm actually using Robert Half now but they are coming up with many candidates. Only 2 so far. 1 was pretty good but the other wasn't really that strong on GP. Thanks though for the suggestion. I really do appreciate it.

Take a look at the web site Dynamics Careers. I got an excellent candidate from there a few years ago.
